“Don't trust the instructions to find the starting point for the tour. The instructions might say to proceed to a building "inside the main gate" to meet. What they really mean to say is to do a 2 minute walk after entering the main gate, going past the first building inside the gate (which is the ticket office), and proceed to enter the main entrance of the Palace. Once in the entrance lobby of the main palace none of we tourist milling and asking each other for advise, could find any sign of a tour meeting place. Only around 5:30 pm - which was 15 minutes after the tour was…”

“Very confusing on first going to the ticket office and then looking for exactly where the restaurant was and then walking all the way back, in heels on cobblestone. The meal was ok but we were crowded together for no reason as there was plenty of available tables preventing us from sitting elbow to elbow with a perfect stranger. The concert was fabulous.”

“Great show. Picking up the tickets was a little hassle as we came in the palace grounds and no one properly knew where to obtain tickets (somewhat understandable given the size of the grounds and the collection location). The meal was satisfying although rather basic but servers were very friendly. The show was very good and very entertaining with talented performers. Would recommend”

“Our VIP Mozart Concert experience was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The evening began with a 4 course dinner at the Imperial Hotel which was every bit elegant and delicious but wine and drink are at own expense. After dinner, we were pleasantly suprised to have a personal chaperone who guided us to the horse-drawn carriage, adding such a magical, old world touch to the experience. The highlight of course was the Mozart concert at the Musikverein, one of the most iconic and acoustically renowed concert halls in the world.
